Go and watch the trial from the start on PBS newshour on YouTube. You'll see for your own eyes.
The gun charge wasn't dropped until before the closing arguments. The prosecution knew it wasn't right but this trial isn't about right or wrong. This prosecution team will do anything for a verdict and it's very apparent. Ironically, this is exactly the type of people that POC refer to when speaking of the legal system.
This is all about making a political statement against this so called white supremacist and to the rest of us.

Late today imo. I also don't think the length of deliberations is going to give us a clue as to the verdict. I've been reading comments on r/law about blatantly innocent and blatantly guilty verdicts taking days of deliberations for assorted reasons

Everything they do is completely Useless. So going to a trial to yell and scream and to hold their hands up in the air make them feel important. They are going where there is attention because no one takes them seriously anymore and know they are nothing more than race baiting pathetic individuals with no jobs and no life.

Why isn't the courthouse barricaded off to keep the protestor out of sight and where they cannot be heard? This has to be nerve whacking to the jurors.
