You might feel differently if your business, your home, your family were under threat from violent riots while the police stood down

No, he's right.

I know it's a hard message to hear. But, people in the middle are VERY much to blame. There is no middle when it comes to right and wrong...true and untrue. People can disagree on what is good. But, that's not what we are dealing with.

After they attacked him. He didn’t go looking for a fight, but he sure as frick ended one.

He should be lionized for doing what our paid public defenders were ordered (and obeyed said order) to not do.

If he was standing between a looter and a store with a gun, he’d have no legal authority to discharge his firearm to stop them from robbing said store. The fact is he killed someone in the only manner of which he had any legal authority to do and will be found not-guilty for such. Rightfully.

But no part of why he went there with a weapon was something he was legally authorized to do, and as a 17 year old he had no idea what he was doing, was allowed to do and the only shittier person in this case than Kyle Rittenhouse is the 2 people that brought him into this world. And the two cops he walked by with an AR that didn’t even take a second thought to his presence.

Wow. So I just saw the clip of the prosecutor trying to just Rittenhouse’s right to remain silent against him.

I’ve never seen that before

Wtf

While I don’t agree with it as a wise strategy, demonstrating or showing one has the means of force as a deterrent to protect property can be legally accomplished without using deadly force.

It’s the same argument the prosecutor was trying to make that the judge cut off.

Yeah, when it’s your property. I can’t shoot my gun at someone to stop them from entering property I don’t own and wasn’t asked to defend. So by holding a gun to them only acts as an unauthorized threat to someone’s life.

It’s almost like they want a mistrial. I thought the judge was going to have a stroke.

But he was asked to defend the car lot AND he didn’t shoot them defending the lot. He shot them after running away and having to defend himself.
