This whole trial is a shite-show. The rioters were idiots, the shooter is an idiot. The prosecution are idiots. They are all complete and utter retards. If people just acted right, then none of this crap would have happened. If I was the judge, I would grant a mistrial on the pure grounds of mental retardation of everyone involved.

Having hollow points would be worse for Kyle and indicate some kind of premeditation. Hollow points are a bullet of choice for doing damage.
The bullets Kyle had in the gun are better for his defense case.
It’s pretty weak, IMO, and the judge isn’t going to allow that testimony without a qualified expert testifying as much.
