Sounds like you just live around a bunch of idiots.

Also, HEB is the GOAT.

There are Pigs in NO?

They are so high they generally can't compete againt other stores so they only locate in ghettos or small towns

There used to be one on the wank in Marrero or Westwego. But i would go to the one in Baton Rouge to get the bulk meat deals when i grilled and be put off by the clientele. I think it was on Choctaw.

Kroger is based in Cincinnati and the former CEO was a UK alumni

Founded in 1883 it is the largest grocer in the US (Was Mart is technically #1 but they started as a merchandise store not a grocery store).

While you may recognized the Kroger brand name, if memory serves they also own about 20 other brand names, so odds are good you are shopping at Kroger even if the grocer where you shop is not called Kroger.

With 150 BILLION in annual revenue they are in the Top 30 in the US (around Home Depot and Meta aka Facebook).

I think the words OP is looking for is "Walmart Wolverines"

This happens at every store w/self checkout. None of them hire enough cashiers so people gravitate towards the self checkout. If the traditional checkout aisles were all manned w/employees this would be a rare occurrence.

It’s not set up a high volume of items. That should be self evident.

Thus low IQ.

If the store wasn’t busy, and there wasn’t a line of people waiting. Sure, whatever. This wasn’t that time.

As my Deacon says “Kroger is the devil”. I avoid it like Walmart and shop at HEB.

Well, most of my shopping is at Publix, so I do see a stark difference. And yes, only 3 manned check out aisles were open, while 3-4 more weren't.

Sounds like Murder Kroger. Mine is Passover Kroger and it’s the tits.

I also used to live next to Gay Kroger (North of Piedmont Park) and it was really nice.

I’ll drive by Kroger to get to H-E-B but if I only need a couple items there are two of them within 5 minutes of my house. Worst part about the store is the checkout process, always a line for self checkout and the actual cashiers are usually very slow but they’ll have great deals on produce and meats.

It really depends on the neighborhood the Kroger is in. There's one in Brookhaven, GA that's a palace with nice workers and customers. There's another one 6 miles closer to Atlanta that's a complete shithole, understaffed, illegals everywhere, hardly stocked shelves, etc.

Kroger is a solid choice. As long as there isn't an HEB, Rouse's, Publix, or even Winn-Dixie near you.

We live directly in between a Kroger and an HEB. Funny thing is I'm in the Kroger 5 times as much. Just easier to deal with. More convenient to get in and out, and far less people making it less of a pain. Is HEB better? Sure. But not so much better I feel like dealing with the crowded parking lot and store. N

Now I'm very familiar with Rouse's. My first job was in a Rouse's. Nothing about a Rouse's makes me question shopping at Kroger.
