She was NOT his only victim. When the Judge in the Civil case ruled that Kobe had to answer questions about his sexual history...he didn't show up to the deposition...and settled.
Her lawyers had other women willing to testify to this.
The NBA could spin one rape...but NOT other (see Bill Cosby).
And even with 65 other women coming forward and a conviction against Cosby...some still don't think he did it.
