That was just something his lawyer suggested at the Preliminary hearing and the press ran with it because it made great headlines.
The Judge stopped the Preliminary hearing and they had closed session hearings about it.
Those closed hearing transcripts were email to the press. You can go read the transcripts. Its broken all down for you.

One was not identified if I recall correctly but thought to be her coworker at the resort who was a basketball player at a Community College that she was dating and one was identified as her ex boyfriend.
Then of course Kobe.
So the only random I see is Kobe.
PS- When she asked Kobe for an autograph at the end of the tour of the resort that Kobe requested...she pulled out a pen and pad. It was him that suggested she come in and he would sign a picture for her.

Seems very plausible. Just because she had consensual sex with two guys doesn’t mean she has to be willing to have sex with every guy after that.
