Any inside info about Kobe Beef?

Here is a little inside info on Kobe's name.

quote:

The restaurant, first called Samurai, was located in the Hilton in King of Prussia.

I lived in King of Prussia for 2 years and shared an address with the Hilton. 251 West DeKalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406

My apartment was Building E 910.

And I have been to The Kobe Steakhouse.

She had more than 3 different semens in them drawers. Believe it was 8 or 9. That’s too many semens. Kobe was innocent.

According to comedian Dave Chapelle.

According to the court it was 2...the guy she was dating and Kobe...and the closed hearing debate was if the 3rd sample was recent or old.

It was never decided. I provided a link if you want to go read actual court documents so you don't confuse a court of Law and a comedy special on Netflix.

What happened in the criminal trial?

Looks like an admission of guilt to me:

quote:

"First, I want to apologize directly to the young woman
involved in this incident. I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year. Although this
year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only
imagine the pain she has had to endure. I also want to apologize to
her parents and family members, and to my family and friends and
supporters, and to the citizens of Eagle, Colo.

"I also want to make it clear that I do not question the motives of this young woman. No money has been paid to this woman. She has agreed that this statement will not be used against me in the civil
case. Although I truly believe this encounter between us was
consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did.

After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter.

I issue this statement today fully aware that while one part of this case ends today, another remains. I understand that the civil case against me will go forward. That part of this case will be decided by and between the parties directly involved in the incident and will no longer be a financial or emotional drain on the citizens of the state of Colorado."

Everything that had happened has happened in the past, so I guess there is no reason to talk about anything.

I hope you take this advice to heart.

In SQ's defense...I think (hope) that was sarcasm.

You seriously think a millionaire paying someone money in lieu of going to jail for the rest of their life is an admission of guilt? Again, what happened at the criminal trial ? All charges were dismissed or were they not?

No...I think the fact that he choked her and bent her over a chair and forced her to have sex makes him guilty.

Go read up on the link I posted!

Your argument about what happened at the criminal trials fall deaf on these ears!

I can show you a video of a murder...and just because the guy didn't go to jail doesn't mean he did not do it.
