That video was difficult to watch. I honestly don't know if I would have had the restraint that the man had. Then the little bastard starts squealin before he even hits the ground.

Edit: After watching full video the dude should have continued to curb stomp that piece of shite
So he should have tried to maim or kill him?
The OT never fails to deliver hypothetical death sentences for stuff like this.
You’d have to be a giant pussy to react like that to a kid punching you a few times and screaming some mean words.
To be clear, the guy in the video handled it pretty well. It’s the absurd idea that the kid needed to be beaten into the ground that I’m responding to.

There are a couple of local 13 year olds awaiting trial for murder for shooting a 70 year old man while attempting to rob him at his home. The old guy knew the kids and paid them to do some odds jobs in the past. You never know what a 13 year old kid is capable of these days.

Serious question- can that man be charged with assault of a minor? I know the kid started it and certainly asked for it, but I’m not sure I would’ve touched him.

Good. Common sense prevails. Kid needs to learn to love incarceration. It's his bright future.

I would have gently subdued this child to the ground and restrained him until law enforcement arrived for the safety of the child.
The cops would have let me walk after Inexplained that his bloodied face was result of him falling into the concrete while Inwas trying to protect him.

It really is a tough call, when such a young child is threatening you. I worked summer camps for years. A lot of these kids came from broken homes. Most of them were one some sort of medication, like Ritalin or Adderall. The parents would normally take the kids off these meds for the summer.
We've had a few instances where a kid like this would freak out to the point where he was either a danger to himself or others. We would always attempt to separate the child from the others, and either keep him confined until he calmed down, or restrain him until he calmed down. But, we had to be very careful and conscious of what we were doing. It could turn bad real quick.

his is just a small clip of the full video. That kid deserves a thorough arse-whipping.
Yep. The adult's friend was videoing it for that exact reason. Little punk earned every bit of that toss and then some for the poppin off afterwards.
I hope someone follows this kid's demise into the US prison system.

is there a link to this story? I'd like to know if the guy was charged
Posted on 6/5/18 at 1:51 pm to tgrbaitn08
I dont see how the guy could possibly be charged
He was actually trying to retreat from the situation, and the kid kept following him and hitting him. He then removed the threat without excessive force and left again

After watching the full video I kind of feel sorry for this kid.
He clearly has POs trash for parents. He's unattended at a public place vandalizing cars. Shows zero respect for adults. The vile language is clearly a reflection of what he sees and experiences at home.
He needs to be put in CPs custody to have any chance.

While I do agree 100% with this, he still deserves to have his arse beat by Gump fan in the video.
