Killer Bees outside San Fran

Looks like a swarm set up in someone's backyard and started to defend their territory. The part that got me was it's in Concord Cali. Just out San Francisco.
That's pretty far north.

I remember some scary-arse Rescue 911 episodes with killer bees.
