The young man who said Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey got him drunk and then groped him in a Nantucket, Massachusetts, bar in 2016 pleaded the Fifth on Monday during a court hearing. His testimony from that hearing has been stricken from the record.

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects witnesses from self-incrimination.

Additionally, Spacey's defense attorney, Alan Jackson, said that the accuser's mother, Heather Unruh, may have been watching live coverage of her son's testimony on TV. She denied doing so during her testimony.

Can they have a House of Cards do-over now?

Haven't watched the last season, but apparently it sucked

Alan said the encounter with the young man was, in fact, not hotter than a hoochie coochie

This is what I am thinking. They wrote this guy a check he couldn’t refuse and told him and his mom what to say.

There was an old man from Nantucket
He met a young lad and wanted to frick it
He gave him drinks and grabbed him rather funny
In the end, it probably cost him some money

Or some opportunists jumped on the #metoo bandwagon?

I thought this board sided with people who hadn't been convicted.

Depends on their color and/or political stance. But you know that already.
