There are some (somewhat confusing and contradictory) provisions about crossing state lines, etc. (the current iteration of the Mann Act), with age cutoffs, but are not remotely an "age of consent" Federal law.
(ETA: However, the youngest unrestricted AOC in the U.S. is 16. Some R&J laws allow for limited circumstances down to 13, which I admit is icky.)

On Wikipedia. 9 years age difference seems high, but I guess it’s an improvement over anything goes at 16.

For the records, 17 states and 2 territories have 16 unrestricted.

same here, and for the record, i have no idea what's going on.
eta: looks like the judge was messin where shouldn't have been messin. older men shouldn't mess around with young girls for a multitude of reasons, not the least of which is getting shot in the face by the dad.
