Keeping My Kid Home

I made the though decision tonight to keep my two year old out of daycare. I don't want to believe the hype with all this but with things closing left and right it's hard for me to send him. I figure they will close in the next day or two anyways.
He is constantly sent home sick and has had the flu twice since July.
I work from home for a small company and sent them notification he'd be with me. They will be understanding. And I can work nap, tablet time, evenings, etc.
Other than just being a female, am I crazy?
Also send any extra wine my way please. I will need it.

Damn. He's gonna have an iron clad immune system when he is older.

No, why take chances.
The risk/reward isn't worth it.

He lives there. They should expect him to be there.

...that you'll get no work done with a hyper two year old banging on everything in the house

If you can swing it why not? I don’t think it makes you crazy.

You're 33-34 years old, and are originally from Houston right? Don't ask how I know this. I would love to assist and I believe I have the answer to your question but I'm going to ask that you post a pic of yourself before formulating my response.

We decided that she isn't at much risk so it it what it is really.
We don't do daycare anyway, but would send her if we did.
Her mom is about to be patient 0 in BR so it is inevitable

Where do you live
Knoxville.
The neighborhood kids are all out of school and always want to watch him, they just aren't old enough to do it alone. So I'm thinking come play for an hour two. Helps their parents out too.

No worries. You’re the momma. You make the call.
