Keep or sell my Rivian RS1?

I’ve been on the waitlist for a while now and it is about ready for delivery. I’m not sure that I’m ready (or that the world is ready) for all electric. Should I keep it, try to flip it immediately, test it for awhile then sell if I don’t like the hassle of charging, or tell them no and lose my deposit (at least $100 of it)?

I am not a fan of EVs for their purpose (climate bullshite) or their practicality (lack of miles+charging time), but
this seems like the right answer for this particular vehicle. Give it a try. I believe the resale market holds these close to purchasing price

Looks pretty damn cool. I bet if the battery is low, like in most EVs, it should handle pretty well too.

Guy down the street from me has one and he absolutely loves his. He said that thing was fast as shite. Scary fast.
