Yes absolutely more logical.
Being overzealous and trying to make a name for yourself by overcharging the defendant is much more logical than whatever political agenda you're believing the DA had.
Everything's a librul conspiracy with you loony toons.

I cannot stand when ignorant people lash out like psychos with no knowledge of a story outside of a one sentence headline. I'm not surprised by it though. This country no longer reports or explains things in the news. They drop generic and vague soundbytes and headlines and then just yell their emotions at people. It's infuriating to me.
I’m right there with you bro... journalism these days is absolute trash

Yep, TH03 on Tigerdroppings knows more about the California legal system than the Cali DA, totally reasonable. Why don't you call him and give him advice on his next few cases...

So my opinion is me thinking I know everything, but yours isn't?
You're not too keen on logic are you? This is an absurd post made when you know you're wrong.

If you think DA’s don’t make blatantly political prosecution decisions and / or incredibly stupid trial mistakes then you are wrong. Look at OJ, the prosecutions of the Baltimore PD officers, the Trayvon Martin case, etc. Overcharging to make headlines is a common error.

Yep, I'm not the one pretending I know the California legal system better than a California DA.
It's logical he knows more than me, so it's logical ignorance isn't why this case fell through.

You're claiming a political conspiracy and saying you're the more logical one.

So me giving my opinion and you telling me it's wrong doesn't imply that you think yours is right? Don't backpeddle now.

I'm sorry you can't see that the simplest explanation is that the DA overcharged.

The Jury was able to consider murder 1, murder 2, and involuntary manslaughter. The jury said not guilty to all 3.
What is your rationale for your argument?

Nope, my disagreement with you wasn't over whether or not it's possible the DA screwed up, it was over you acting like that a suggestion of a purpose fumble of this case was so outlandish it's not even worthy of a discussion.
You're being dense AF right now...

Again, maybe you need to call that DA up and offer him some of your expert legal advice so nothing like happens again.
