It would be justified to take out the entire family of that pos and the entire family of the pos jurors to rid the earth of the ability of those scummy genetics to enter the gene pool.

This verdict really is not a surprise to me.... This is California after all. Its a shame she died in this manner and this shite bag of a human will basically get off for the crimes he committed. He will be deported and within a couple months, he will be right back in a new Sanctuary City.

I really hope Kate's Parents become a thorn in every democrats sides about this "sanctuary city" and illegal alien problem we face today.

San Francisco wouldn't release him to ICE. They didn't want to cooperate. They just let him go.

How is it possible to mangle sentence structure that badly?

Try this:

Kate Steinle's murderer, an illegal immigrant, is found not guilty in SF.

Had a patient who was recovering from a motorcycle accident. He was driving in Mississippi and a buzzard flew into him while he was riding. He told us that while an ambulance was attending to his injuries a game warden showed up and shot the buzzard to put it out of its misery.

I told him he's lucky that his accident didn't happen in California... They'd have shot him on the side of the road and loaded the buzzard into the ambulance.

That state is crazy AF, I'm not surprised that happened at all. Anyone with any sense who lives there should move.

Why not the prosecutors? It's their fault they didn't paint a clear enough picture of guilt.

It's not the jury's fault; it's the prosecutors. They fricked up the case and brought the wrong charges. The jury did find him guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

I cannot stand when ignorant people lash out like psychos with no knowledge of a story outside of a one sentence headline. I'm not surprised by it though. This country no longer reports or explains things in the news. They drop generic and vague soundbytes and headlines and then just yell their emotions at people. It's infuriating to me.

Point your anger where it belongs:

The convivted felon illegal alien.
The state that harbors and coddles him despite being deported 5 times.
The county that panders to him even after this incident.
and the DA's office who bungled the frick out of this case.

dont waste your energy and anger on the wrong person and the wrong issues.

Classic overcharge by the DA. Not even the OB gun experts could skip a Glock shot with any sort of accuracy. This was a negligent homicide/manslaughter case from the start.

He get shipped back to Mexico then cross back within a few months.

The DA gave the jury the option of involutary manslaughter or murder 1 for the homicide.

The jury did find him guilty of felon in possesion of a firearm.

The problem is murder 1 requires intent. which he didnt have.

and according to california state law:

quote:

quote:
In California, Homicide during the commission of a felony often results in a murder charge rather than a manslaughter charge. Murder 1 requires intent and malice.

When a killing occurred during the commission of a crime that is not a felony, the prosecutor must prove that the defendant had a criminal intent to commit the underlying unlawful act. If the defendant did not intend to engage in the crime that resulted in homicide, the state may be unable to prove involuntary manslaughter. The defendant may be able to establish a lack of intent by showing a reasonable mistake or lack of knowledge.

The DA fricked this case up.

Yea, I'm just being a backwards rural idiot. It's not like that same state didn't just move the act of having sex with someone, knowing your HIV positive, and not letting the party know, from a felony to a misdemeanor.

You're being downvoted but you're right. Seems like a bunch of people in here who have never been to California picturing a jury full of people like this and deciding he was innocent because of some librul agenda.

Ok so this is going with my point that the government (district attorney) is at fault here, not the randomly selected jury if citizens....

Wouldn't surprise me to see the DA purposefully fumbling this case due to the political landscape on the west coast.
