The monarchy haven't dismissed a law in over a hundred years, their role and powers are purely symbolic. If Charles just dissolved parliament on a whim then that would be the end of it.

The monarchy exists now for tourism, not governing

So based on that increase in population, we would have expected 2.64 million cases in 2019, rather than 3.26 million cases. Granted, maybe there were also probably more cases detected in 2019 due to improved technology. But the change was greater than expected based solely on population increase.

The only population number that matters when talking about early cancer are people young enough to get early cancer. Total population is irrelevant, only the population of young people matters. And of course if you have a population boom the increase in percentage of young people is going to be dramatically higher than the percent of total population growth.

Some chick in England has cancer..Oh well.
