I think this is a little bit of a stretch. You think he it's more likely that he went into work early so he could willingly be involved in a murder coverup, rather than just because bad weather was coming, etc?

The part I really can't get over is all the things Higgins did. Who goes to work at 12: A.M. in the morning after drinking your arse off? Who disposes of a phone the way he did? Also, he's absolutely lying about the butt dial with Albert.

Yea, Higgins was probably running cover for the Alberts. He went to the police station to monitor the traffic to see if anyone got wind of an accident at 34 Fairview so he could notify the Alberts.

She steps all over the defense when they were crossing yesterday. I haven’t been able to listen to anything today as I am traveling. This whole case blows my mind.

Did Karen hit John with the car that caused his death?
Brennan promised us in opening that the ScIeNcE would show that KR killed John with her car.
All of this is extraneous and a distraction from the central question of this case. KR being a crazy stalker doesn't mean she hit and killed John with the car.

Yeah I get that and I’m up to date on the charges. I was simply pointing out she comes off as such. Sorry for including a personal opinion.

I'm with you on all of this, but you have to remember that we are in day 3 of a 6-8 week trial. There's a lot of stuff that isn't necessarily meant to "prove" anything, but more so to influence the jurors. I know you know all of this, I'm just stating for others.
