That's how it is in Boston. They will throw you in jail just from people saying you did something. The state doesn't even know how John died. They have changed their accusations at least twice.

She was the fall guy. In one other case I notice an elder blamed for a disappearance. There was some failed initiation going on. The person is still missing. The elder was half blind. But in charge of watching the person.

I like how he is trying to prove her innocence. Most attorneys will challenge the prosecution to prove guilt only. The prosecutions case is really cheap. No forensics pathologists. No murder weapon. It all happened on a police officers property. You figure they would at least point her out. But they won't do that. It is like they are too busy covering for themselves. I would have noticed a lady dominating a cop that has taken down many big criminals. I'm surprised he didn't call for help. (If what they say is true.) They don't even know how to explain how he died.

It would be easier to follow your incoherent babble if you actually used the quote feature

A mini cannon does not have the same impact as porcelain. I could use a spark plug for an example. It would be identical to porcelain found in a tooth. Or you can use porcelain dentures for an example. His DNA was found on the taillight. A past judge ruled that. The FBI is really under budget for such claims.

Is that really necessary? One lady testified at the first trial that she couldn't see more than a couple of feet. But footage from the paramedics showed the house about 50 feet away. There were no signs of frostbite or pneumonia. The Blunt force expired John before those stages. So I don't think he suffered any of those severe pains that a meteorologist may suggest.

Many people rob cars using porcelain from spark plugs. I thought cops knew that. A tooth also has porcelain.

what about hypothermia? but again I'm not sure what you keep rambling on and on about. You just brought up something about a woman only seeing a couple feet.

Jennifer McCabe gave an exaggeration that should have thrown her entire testimony out of court. She stated that she could only see just a few feet out of the car but was amazed that Karen knew where the body was. When surveillance footage showed over 50 feet of visibility. But having a nice looking weather man say what type of weather they had that day is irrelevant. He is not a certified medical examiner.

I can't quote an entire folder dedicated to Alan Jackson. It would cause a memory overload. It would look like the prosecution with its redundant witnesses exaggerating. I wish some of those testimonies were thrown out of court. They will erase all of my statements just because of poor wording and exaggerating. But I have have to watch that prosecution rhetorically. But it's a good folder for the honorable Alan Jackson. You should check it out.

If anyone saw the autopsy photo of his arm, I’ll die on the hill that those injuries aren’t from a taillight or a cocktail glass. Those are bite marks from Chloe, who allegedly got re-homed with a quickness. ARCCA wasn’t FBI. They were physics experts that said JOK wasn’t hit by a vehicle. Hypothetically let’s say for fun that she hit him. How did his body get way up in the lawn with no footprints from where he was to the road? The 2:27 Google search by Jen McCabe “Hos long to die in cold” and ATF agent Higgins throws his cell phone away in an military base dumpster, and claims his cell phone plan had him due for an upgrade! Yeah, that’s what I do when Verizon offers me an upgrade. I drive around looking for an out of the way dumpster to throw my phone in. This case is insane and the jury should be smart enough to understand what reasonable doubt means.

When every single person is withholding information, that is usually the tall tale signs of a covered up accident. John was the life of the party at the bar. But at the house they completely ghosted him. No one even asked where John was. It is like he disappeared and wasn't missed. But he was so popular they invited him to the house.

Anyone watched the show on HBO about the trial? Wanted to get opinions if it's worth it or not
