That solidified for me that she should not be convicted. The judge has to be cozy with the state.
I think the judge definitely leans towards the state and I also think she is ignorant to much of this evidence that shows KR is innocent. When the ARCCA report was introduced she stated in court that she didn’t understand what their conclusions were. I don’t think she understands just how exculpatory the ARCCA testimony is.

Highly concerning.

He wasn't hit by a vehicle in my mind with the evidence we have.
Something else happened.

This biomechanical engineer hired by the CW seems to have some bad opinions based on the CW response to defense motion to exclude testimony.

She understands. She knows how damaging it is to the commonwealth’s witch hunt.

I really don’t think she does. If she was that in the tank for the CW and understood their testimony she would have excluded them from first trial.

I admit I lean toward defense on these trials, as I believe it should be.
It'll be very interesting how they contrast this new animal/dog expert with the previous doctor that has performed many autopsies and has written papers about dog bites.
The CW's guy is a dog behavior expert, not specifically on bites, from what we know.

Well the judge made a ruling this morning that the defense made a material misrepresentation regarding ARCCA. I really think this judge doesn't actually understand many facts in this case, but she thinks she has control on this case.

The Canton Cop who owned the house where the victim was killed, calls the judge Auntie Bev in texts, so yeah, I think she has issues that everyone is ignoring.

another reminder that every time I listen to Hank Brennan speak in court I like him less and less. This dude has made numerous misrepresentations to the court and the judge doesn't seem to have a care in the world.

Just started listening to today. They are having the first sidebar. But surely we can agree that it's a bad look to pay the ARCCA witnesses then specifically say in a motion a year later that they didn't pay them. Sounds the defense needs to improve their communication strategy. Glad they didn't get penalized.
For the record, that's not me siding with the CW or anything, they suck. I just hate to see the defense give ammo to the CW/judge.

All I see for evidence is character witnesses. The prosecution doesn't have a strong case. A car was involved. This is an accident covered up. Karen was no where near the residence when it happened.

How do you know this?

According to experts on the documentary they were car marks.

Then it must have happened in the house. Karen left him there. They only fished her afterwards to convince her she did it.

Other experts hired by the FBI said the injuries were not consistent with a vehicle strike.

Whatever happened it was right under the cops noses. It was so close to the cops, I seriously question their lack of knowledge. If I was robbing a bank a mile away, those same cops would notice it right away. Yet this all happened right on their property.

Those people don't know anything. They still can't figure out Ashia Degree. That was another accident cover up.
