Hours, the next morning. She was .01 over the legal limit and may have had a drink or two at her house when she arrived. They could not confirm when she had had her last drink.
All of the other people drinking had far more alcohol in the video than she di and several had been drinking at the bar hours before she and the deceased arrived.

A hearing was held today for the lawsuit by the O'keefe family against Karen Read and the 2 bars that were visited by Karen and John on the night.
Karen Read's attorney notified the court that they plan to bring in Brian Tully, Yuri Bukanik, Micheal Proctor, Mass State Police, Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Jennifer McCabe, Matt MaCabe, Brian Higgins, and Canton Police.
Between this case and Turtleboys case maybe we will find out what actually happened.
Karen Read's attorney notified the court that they plan to bring in Brian Tully, Yuri Bukanik, Micheal Proctor, Mass State Police, Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Jennifer McCabe, Matt MaCabe, Brian Higgins, and Canton Police.

I saw a short interview with Jackson today. He was asked if he thinks he knows what actually happened. He said yes, but couldn't comment on that, yet.

I don’t remember his answer being a confident yes. More of a I have a really good idea what I think happened.
His idea is clearly that OJO was hit and fell backwards and hit his head on the concrete ledge in the garage at 34 Fairview. He doesn’t know who threw the punches but he knows the suspects.

Sounds like proctor may need to focus more on lawyering up than getting his job back …. And he finally realizes it. No longer interested in getting his job back after court subpoena of his phone, records going back to 2013 with “hundreds of thousands” of documents/ texts. It came out that he obtained a new phone in 2024 with a 30 day auto-delete of contents placed. Could not happen to a nicer guy.

I remember this video where his wife said that the evidence will prove Karen Read was at fault and that her husband was just upset when he sent those text because a fellow officer was killed.

It will be a wild ride regardless. The lot of the defendants are in deep. At this point, I can’t see a way out for them if the Read side has receipts as they make a lot of assertions in their court filings. I don’t see a world where the case gets dropped, so I guess I would have to imagine they bank on corrupt politics to not charge them criminally if new (or previously inadmissible) info comes to light. Also in the background is a brewing election for new Norfolk county DA. Will all be very interesting.
