Higgy sucker punched him after John went into the garage. John fell back and hit his head. Died within 30 minutes. He was put out on the lawn before dawn. Karen showed up looking for him and asked Did I hit him? Jen and the Albert’s roll with that.

Sounds plausible. Why two prosecutions? Are they that fricking corrupt? Forgive me. My wife has kept up. I haven’t.

The DA swore they would prosecute her as many times as it took after the 1st trial ended in a mistrial. With the obvious corruption in the state police and Boston police I wouldn’t be shocked if it also included the DA’s office.

No sir, he's not being charged with anything to my knowledge. He's just a "journalist" that was pro-Karen Read. Probably has a crush on her as well b/c his infatuation w/her seems strange to me.

He absolutely has charges. Witness Intimidation is mostly what he is charged with and yes Mark Bederow is part of his defense team.
He had a trial last week for breaking a restraining order and was found Not Guilty in a bench trial. Paul O'Keefe was called to the stand and pretty much had to admit they setup Turtleboy to break the restraining order.

Mostly be a sometimes obnoxious Boston guy. He is actually quite assholish much of the time. My question is was he always like that or has the abuse he has received from the anti KR crowd created some of it? Regardless, he somehow got hold of this situation and refused to let go until KR was exonerated. I don’t think I would like him but I have huge respect for what he did.

Someone did something. With the tail light. 40 pieces of tail light that allegedly cut an am with no one piece of DNA on it. Have you ever seen a tail light shatter into 40 pieces ?

Didn't keep up with anything Turtleboy so was the witness intimidation from this past trial or something unrelated? I read yesterday he had some assault charges on him and some rumors of witness intimidation but didn't know he was charged.

The taillight appeared on when the cops were putting it on the tow truck.
For the civil trial brought by John's shitty mom and brother, all Reads team has to do is show a video at night of a taillight w/ the diffusers broken. Compare that to the above mentioned video, case closed.

The O'Keefe's also named the two bars in the civil lawsuit. Well the insurance companies will be very vested in showing that a pedestrian strike didn't happen. The fund ing advantage flips in that situation. Instead of the state against Karen it's Insurance companies against the O'Keefe's.
