The cop should’ve called for backup and detained him as soon as he let off the brake and faked like he was going to drive away right at the beginning. He had a ton of patience, and was even super calm after the shooting

I don’t give a shite what color you are. The level of stupidity the driver possesses is almost unfathomable to me. Unfortunately, seeing someone talk like that over a simple seatbelt violation doesn’t surprise me. I couldn’t try that hard to pretend to be a victim, so maybe I don’t get it.

That really sucks for that guy and she seems to have meant to pull her taser but he led them down that road and I’ve got no problem with the result. That male cop played that as cool as you can with such a combative individual

People like that typically have warrants. If, and that’s a big if, the black guy had a valid license, and the cop would’ve run his name through their database, he knew he was going to jail.
That’s why he resisted, he was pissed off that the cop popped his arse not wearing a seatbelt, which would have led to an investigation

The only thing I wish watching all of that nonsense is that in the end, at some some point simply writing the ticket off of the license plate would have been the choice. Registration, insurance and ownership could have been verified. No amount of rational talk would have worked with that a-hole driver. Write it up, throw it through the window and find that punk again when he misses court.

I tend to agree but he was so angry and defiant that I’m sure the cop felt there was way more to the story..warrants, guns, drugs. Whatever..

Yes and the officer who shot him was charged with aggravated battery I think. Which I think is bullshite but whatever.. She apparently has resigned as this was last year

Dude was messing with bull and got the horns... a shame she resigned over it, but a taser would have obviously been the appropriate tool to use in that case IMO.

She meant to grab the taser but instead got the gun.. that’s why she was charged which to me is complete bullshite. Her fellow officer was in danger and while not the weapon she wanted, she did get the desired result
