Just Wear the Damn Masks People!

Never seen so many whiners and dumb-arses in my life than here in Louisiana. Even states with REPUBLICAN governors are instituting new preventive measures for the increase in COVID cases in their states.
1,319 new La. cases of COVID today. Total deaths to date 3,308. Louisiana is now No. 3 in per capita cases in the nation behind only New York and New Jersey.
But many in LOuisiana just want to B*tch and moan that bars are now closed, restaurant seating is limited, or now businesses will refuse entry/service to those not wearing a mask. People are dying from a contagious virus, of which there is no vaccine. Even if you don't care that you may become infected, at least wear a mask to protect others that are more susceptible to the virus.
Every business in Louisiana should refuse service to any customer that refuses to wear a mask.

so at what point does this end? When can we stop wearing masks? Is it when a vaccine comes? A proven cure is established? This virus will always circulate and result in fatalities just like the flu. When do we go back to normal?

They shouldve gone about this the right way by letting business and people self manage. I.e. costco and stores with mask only hours etc

True. My business my choice. No shirt, no shoes, NO MASK, No Service. Go ahead and take the Covid on back to your immediate family, parents, grandparents, etc. Enjoy your hospital stay together,and maybe your funerals together.

One of my friends is a warden at a jail and he said the whole “mask” thing started in prison
