re: Home Improvement Loan - tigersfan1989 on 10/9/20 at 1:10 pm
HELOC 3% variable rate based on 20 year amortization at credit unions. If you don’t have the equity there’s no way I’d be paying 7-8% on something I didn’t absolutely need. You’re better off saving up and paying cash If your going to pay that...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

re: Trading strategies. What's your approach? - tigersfan1989 on 10/5/20 at 6:57 pm
80% of my portfolio is invested in mutual funds and the rest is divided up into 4 stocks. Figure out a monthly amount in your budget you can commit to investing and steadily buy into these funds on a consistent basis. These small monthly investment amounts will add up over time and will c...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Anyone have a umbrella insurance policy? - tigersfan1989 on 9/26/20 at 6:52 am
Thanks for the advice everyone. I called and got a umbrella policy for 1 mil for 400/ year. It feels better knowing I have this policy in my back pocket going forward and hopefully I’ll never have to use it ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Should I do irregation on my new home build? - tigersfan1989 on 9/25/20 at 8:46 pm
I’m in Baton Rouge area and the house we bought came with it. I can honestly say I’ve turned it on twice in the five years we have been here. I would not spend the money for it. If I turned it on today I’m sure half the sprayers would have to be dug out to be able to pop up. I have to cut my grass e...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
