I was thinking Trump needed to replace Sessions. Guess he needs to fire whoever is running the DEA as well.

It won't affect it at all. They test for opiods now as well as other drugs which be be legally available. If you test positive, provide your prescription, no harm, no foul. The DOT panel tests for alcohol, which is a legal recreational substance. And the driver behind the start DOT required drug testing was a serious train accident in which the engineer who missed several signals was literally smoking at the controls of the train.

That's part of the problem with weed legalization. There's no legal limit, just a positive or negative. Surely we can come up with that, though.

Weed was a part of life in the 70s. Older people are increasing weed use at a higher rate than many others
64% favor weed legalization

Yeah. When I inquired about our Colorado location, and drug testing, HR just kind of laughed. They said it wasn't on them to improve the test.
I was just wondering if one could argue the loss of THC effectiveness based on prescription schedule of this new product.
Opioids will still show up in your system long after their effects have worn off. For instance 12 hours is the usual recommendation for taking opiods before coming in to work.

If put to a popular vote, it’d probably be legalized on the state and federal level. Of course the lobbyists will never stop campaigning against it through scare tactics and misinformation.
But don’t worry, our fearless leaders will never dare allow the people to vote directly on the issue. Someone tried a couple years ago to get it on the Louisiana ballot and that was quickly snuffed out by the small government conservatives.

Louisiana has long recognized the medicinal value of weed. And still refuses to take it off Sched I.
