I have my surgery scheduled for Friday. Lots of information in here, basically I need to keep my eyes closed and wet.

One month with those things is not a good sign. These threads are mostly the same. 95% of the people say their vision is totally perfect, no problems other than dryness here and there, etc.
What got a little screwed up for me is contrast sensitivity. In a dimly lit area, my sight is worse than before. On the flip side, on a bright day, I almost need sunglasses. All of that said, I would still have the procedure done as my issues are no worse than what I dealt with as far as glasses and contacts.

Blur at night, around lights (halos around light) won't go away, but you'll eventually adapt to it. Eventually, assuming you are plano correction now, you will become farsighted, when you get into your 40's

Thanks for all the responses, def gave me insight and some laughs lol. As for the procedure, I'd absolutely get it done again. During the day, it's perfect but it's at night where the issues begin. Still don't regret it at all though.

I had mine done 11 months ago. While it is still so odd that my right eye (that was so much worse before) is better than my left, my vision is now essentially 20/20. I had worn glasses since 5th grade and contacts since 10th. I am so happy I did it. Just continue to use the Systane drops. I keep a bottle on my desk at work and my nightstand. The halos went away. My only regret is waiting so long to do it.

Yes, my buddy got Lasik in 2007. It corrected his vision to at least 20/20. Today his vision is worse than before he had the Lasik. But that is about right. Supposed to last about 10 yrs. He said he's not paying to have it done again though.

I had it done prior to my deployment in 2004. I would have given up my entire earnings for that year to do LASIK again!
