That pizza was fine. They were slammed from a million drunks ordering midnight pizza.
It's his next pizza that will be covered in arse and "extra sauce". His name is probably flagged.
He instead fricked over a guy who had no control over it. If anything, he should've given him a couple bucks, and complained the next day to the day manager. He'd have probably given a discount on the next order. So op actually paid more by fricking over the driver.

It's easier than that. Stores will usually have a code in the name/address fields. At Pizza Hut in the 90s and PJs in 11-15 we would put *** behind your name if you didn't tip. If we had 3 deliveries, you can figure out who got theirs last.
