his next pizza that will be covered in arse and "extra sauce". His name is probably flagged. He instead fricked over a guy who had no control over it. If anything, he should've given him a couple bucks, and complained the next day to the day manager. He'd have probably given a discount on the next order. So op actually paid more by fricking over the driver.
Exactly.

Fact. Unless you're shite faced, it's better to just order for pick up on the weekend at late hours.

I would have found something to eat by that time and told him to frick off.

LOL at you for thinking they didn't already give old Baw the secret sauce. While he gave the shite tip, they gave him the sauce.

This too is easier these days. If you want a freebie and have a valid gripe, sure call the store for discount on the next order or even that night.
But... this too will happen. If you ordered online, you can complain on the app/website.The system will auto-generate a FREE pizza coupon every month/quarter to loyal customers who posted a legit gripe(the delivery time in the system verifies the complaint). The PJs system will actually do this without a complaint if the system flags a delivery that was way late.
IT Nerds makin it happen.
There's very little reason these days to NOT tip a delivery driver.

You get a downvote just for calling a pizza a “za.”
I didn't know wtf that was supposed to mean... now that I do I hate the OP and hope he ingested plenty of the driver's bodily fluids with his "za".

I worked at Tigerland Domino's in the late 90's. Had a guy in the apartments across the street, stiffed me twice when I got the pizza there in less than fifteen(it took nine minutes to cook and prep), so the third time. His pizza was made perfect, then put into the cooler, then I went in a run, then came back took it out cooler put it in trunk went on another run, came back. He called by now complaining. I told manager I couldn't find his apartment. I had him come outside and stand on the corner and then I brought him the pizza on foot.
He was mad, I blamed it on a fictional other guy. I hope he switched to pizza hut.

This is a real good example of how the restaurant industry turns and burns guest complaints. Yes, a restaurant needs to know about problems so they can be addressed. The problem is, customers muddy the real issue with so much bullshite it is more of a hindrance to spend the time we should. Complaints are a mere statistic when you are satisfying the vast majority of your guests. Here is your freebie, get out of the way. You posted a poor review online? Our social media company will delete it if I so choose.
