Brings her children to my house every time she cleans. I very much like my maid, but there is no way she can control a 6 year old and an 8 year old while thoroughly cleaning my house.

There is also the fact that children are 100x clumsier than adults. I am starting to think the few things that have been broken were done so by the children.

I will be taking some advice before I call her up and terminate her services.

If you like her, why wouldn't you request that she not bring the kids anymore instead of jumping straight to firing her?

You're a dick if you fire her for that. Your wife broke all that shite.

Does it really matter if it was the maid or her kids that's breaking your shite?

Answer is PIIHB

Kids that steal typically start stealing at these ages.

A 6 year old and 8 year old can easily be controlled if disciplined and brought up correctly.

The things broken could have been by anyone, including your own kids.

I bet if you let her go you will not like your next maid. Good luck

Make an assumption. Fire someone based on that assumption.

Good move.

I'd fire her. She should have asked you before doing that instead of just doing that and letting you find out. That makes her not trustworthy IMO, and so I wouldn't want her in my house

Should definitely fire a woman who cleans houses for a living with 2 small children.

Because she kept it from me like she was hiding it. Not to mention it is horribly unprofessional.

She is Puerto Rican.
