I hope things work out for you.

Do not tell this to your doctor unless you want the tech to be unemployed. They're not supposed to do this.

Well that’s some sobering news.

If it makes you feel better, Les Miles had a brain tumor removed and went on to do a lot of things no one thought he could. Plus he’s still functioning like normal, last I heard.

Well maybe that wasn’t the best example...

Good luck and a best wishes for a fantastic speedy resolution!

Couple of people I know had large brain tumors removed they are both living a full life. One of them is my life long friend he's as close as a brother we did everything together as kids growing up. Dude is successful and only has a scar to tell the story of his tumor being removed. God speed to you sir.

A girl I went to college/church with was cured of a terminal brain tumor after they injected a modified polio virus into the tumor. She was on 60 minutes and everything. There's hope man, medicine has come a long way.

Sending all my good thoughts. A friend of mine went through this with her husband a year and a half ago. His symptoms were pretty sudden and severe, and he would’ve died if they waited a couple more hours to bring him in. I can’t recall his exact diagnosis, but it was a non-cancerous tumor. He had surgery and at least a month in the hospital, but he fully recovered. Keep fighting.

Check out Lake Fork Guy on YouTube, he just went though the same thing, had it removed and is doing great. Best wishes to you, with modern medicine it's not all doom and gloom.

One more person chiming in to say I had a family member with one who had surgery and is doing fine. Crazy part was they took him back for the surgery and we settled in for the long wait. 40 mins later and the surgeon comes out of the back. I freaked out that something had happened for him to be out so soon and he was kind of laughing. Said he popped the piece of skull off and the tumor leapt out at him. Cut a few small veins feeding it and closed things up. He joked that apparently the tumor didn’t like what was going on inside that mind and really wanted out. Patient has been fine since.

Long story short, modern medicine makes things possible that weren’t just a few years ago. FWIW, I got out of the hospital just last night from an intense kidney stone incident. Was go It to post about it but, as usual with the OT, you beat me to it with something better.
