Riverside towing witnessed a wreck that I was involved in in college and hung around for well over an hour to give a statement that proved that I was telling the truth and not the drunk girl that was also involved in wreck. I will forever be in debt. If people would just park where they are suppose to there wouldn't be so much hate for riverside.

I successfully received a refund from Riverside Towing back in ~2006 after they towed my vehicle from the Bank One parking lot by the Venue. Their tow away sign had been stolen and I worked with the bank to review their security video showing the sign was not there when I parked.
Receiving a refund from Riverside Towing still is one of my biggest accomplishments as a student.

That's up there with me getting a refund from BRPD for towing my car from the street in front of Ivars the morning of the St Pats Parade. This was the year before they put signs up all around that spot and simply had a half barricade allowing cars to still come in and out on Friday. I left my car there to go watch LSU Baseball game.
The first BRPD traffic contact got mad at me and said they 'told all the bar owners to tell patrons not to park there overnight on Friday.'
The next guy, his boss, realized real quick that was a horse shite defense. He was awesome and friendly and I apologized for leaving my car there as it's a staging area for BRPD horses and mobile command. I had paid Road Runner $400+ and they sent me a check for refund.
