The media only has the story from this morning with his comments...not the fact that he completely lied

Correct, they basically said that a search warrant had been executed on the two people being sought for questioning

Eh, I'll be surprised if he's not at least charged. Chicago jury may let him off, but this story is too big to let slide.

I’m not implying anything. If he gets charged for making all this up why would he let it go as far as a trial with a jury? He has zero proof that any of this happened, what case could his lawyers even possibly build? It would just be further embarrassment

It was so obvious just because of the time of day this supposedly happened. No one is waiting outside all night to hope he comes out in -10 degree weather. The chances of that are less than 1%
The only way they would have been able to find him is if they knew he was going out to do something because they were in contact with him. And it’s almost impossible to identify him randomly in that weather.
He fricked up when he said they shouted “empire” at him.
The police aren’t stupid. They knew this.
