Rafer is a local TV reporter in Chicago. His dad was an anchor in Chicago for years.
In fact, his dad used to have a blooper segment called "Weigel's Wieners". He probably would've had some fun with this whole situation.

If this story completely disappears or all charges are dropped, it's going to raise some serious eyebrows. They can't hide from the press forever.
