Former LSU basketball player Jordy Hultberg arrested for domestic abuse
Jordy Hultberg was the Cox TV sideline reporter for New Orleans Hornets games.
Radio show host and former LSU basketball player Jordy Hultberg was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of domestic abuse and simple battery, according to East Baton Rouge Prison booking records.
Hultberg, 59, of 14757 Town Dr. in Baton Rouge, was arrested at his home by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's department and booked into prison at 2:02 a.m. He was released at 6:07 a.m. after posting a $4,000 bond. Both charges are considered misdemeanors.
The arrest occurred after an encounter between Hultberg and the victim, his estranged wife (Shannon Hultberg), according to the arrest report. The couple has been married 15 years but are going through a divorce, according to the report.
The victim accused Hultberg of grabbing her arms and pushing her into a dresser, and pushing the accused's cousin outside of his home. The arresting deputy noted in the report he observed redness under the victim's ears, a small abrasion on her left elbow, a dark mark that could possibly be a bruise on her temple, and that her shirt was ripped.
The report said the couple's daughter expressed concern about her father's well-being to her mother, who went to Hultberg's house. She said the front door was open and when she entered, she found him with another woman, who fled to the bathroom.
The victim said Hultberg also grabbed her chin and forcibly kissed her, and said, "You still want me don't you'" The victim said Hultberg continued to grab at her ripping her pajamas. The victim refused emergency medical services.
Hultberg lettered four seasons at LSU (1975-80) and served as a radio and television host for football and basketball broadcasts. He was also the sideline reporter for Cox TV at New Orleans Hornets basketball games.

This sounds like complete BS.
So, the ex-wife just happens to get a call from her daughter who was "concerned about her father's well being" (sounds like if he was plowing up some younger nookie his well-being was just fine.)
Then the door just Happens to be open, and she just lets herself in, being the Good Samaritan that she is, to check on her ex-husband only to find him rutting up in something younger and hotter...
