This could be an interesting question, but not with one dog.
Need to do 8 minutes of pounding weiner followed by the sprint, with the number of weiners consumed a factor in overall score.
All that said, Bolt no matter the rules of the game.

The dude has only lost one time since 2007 so I wasn't betting anymore than $1 on it, I can't watch the actual event because it is disgusting watching them shove weenies and watered down bread in their mouth, but its pretty insane to think that dude is shoving 60+ hotdogs in 10 mins.
In the Fat Boys by LSU they have a thing showing the size of a 2' pizza Chestnut slammed down in 36 seconds. And that my friend, is why the USA is the best god damn country in the world. Where else can you make money by eating the fastest?
I bet $1 each on the other 4 contestants. One dude was +4000, the guy who had the best odds was +1000. It cost me $4 to make the bets, so if anyone other than Chestnut won I would won money....

Like if the contest was... you have to eat 60 hot dogs then run 100 meters, Chestnut would easily win. He would put down 60 hotdogs a lot faster than Bolt. He might be able to eat 60 hotdogs and walk the 100 meters before Bolt eats 60 hotdogs.
If the contest was that you have to run 100 meters then eat 60 hotdogs, chestnut could walk the 100 meters and then go suck down 60 hotdogs before Bolt could.
