Decent points.
On the other side of the argument some tribes did indeed set up "nations" with boundaries. They were driven out by military force despite promises and Treaties that were violated almost immediately.
North American Indian Chiefs may have been deceived in negotiations, but they did not commit treason and betray their own people (see EU, North America and Australia. See a pattern?)

It is a dumb gotcha that proves the liberals wrong. So ok, the natives lost their land due to European immigration. Doesn’t that show the dangers of mass migration? Shouldn’t we want to avoid their fate of the Native Americans?

Before 1882, the U.S. had essentially open immigration. There were no passports, visas, or quotas required for Europeans. Most Europeans could simply buy passage on a ship and disembark at an American port like New York or New Orleans.
ETA: The closest thing to a "vetting" was usually a health screen.
