My guess is that she:
1. had a gastric bypass at some point,
2. turned into an alcoholic as a result because it dumps massive amounts of alcohol directly into your bloodstream because most of the stomach is gone,
3. had another revision surgery to lose the weight again, and
4. that has her malnourished because she can't absorb nutrients like a normal person.
Look at her hair. Bet she's lost a lot of it.
