The Clintons were the most politically astute group since the Roosevelt’s. They understood that true power came from placing as many as possible within the day to day federal government jobs. That’s why FDR expanded the Exec Branch , and why the Clinton’s did the same.

No doubt the Clintons are POSs, but to think they're the only ones involved with this is dishonest. There were some very powerful people from all sides involved with this shite stain. Our only hope is that there's a dead man's switch somewhere.
