Not that it matters but I am sure these idiots were antagonizing the cops before the video starts. Then the video catches the Deputy blowing his top.
At the end of the day, police or not they are human and eventually you are going to react to people fricking with you.
Deputy that slapped the phone and flipped the kid off is probably in less trouble than the guy that dragged the kid over the barricade. Not real sure why the second deputy grabbed the kid.

There are no black leaders in our LA communities that coherently speak for their situation. Name some that are, if you can.
