Parent to child
You should eat that battery. I won’t make you, but you should eat it
Child eats battery
People blame child and say the parent gave them the option not to

Go look at what he's doing with the DRIVE Initiative. They're trying to quadruple the number of political appointees at DNR and turn it into a proxy for oil and gas interests. The guy is selling your souls out from under you.

You can’t answer a simple yes or no question.
Your question was based in a lie. There was never any mandate for your governor to defy. He couldn't "defy Trump," as you say, at all.
If there had been a mandate, then yes I would have fully supported him defying such a thing. That would have been the correct thing to do.
You want to call me a "pussy" for not answering your question (even though I did), but if your governor wasn't willing to "defy" Trump, as you claim, wouldn't that title actually apply to him?

In this scenario, your governor is the "child?"
I can't imagine viewing the federal government as the parent of my state, but you do you.

Wait you think something needs to be mandated/required for someone to oppose or defy it?
Jesus christ hahaha

I definitely wouldn't equate choosing not to adopt a recommendation with "opposition." Exactly what would be the repercussions to said act of opposition?
DeSantis didn't follow the recommendations. What were the consequences for Florida?

Landry wasn’t the only conservative-minded candidate who ran for Governor last year.
But everyone voted for him because “We don’t want Shawn Wilson!”…too simple minded to understand any of those Republican candidates could have beaten a liberal black Democrat in a statewide race.

But you guys are fricking chodes when you do this. Your income tax was lowered.
No bullshite. He ran as a conservative and instead of lowering spending he just added a tax that essentially negates his “tax cut.”

He also won in a landslide so some of you morons voted for him.
I was living in Texas during the election so wasn’t me. Nothing makes me sadder than having to leave tGOAT state to move back to this corrupt shithole.

This a-hole is a terrible governor. My damn dish payment went up 17.00 because of his damn tax hike. So why is he good for Louisiana?

Jeff Landry tries so hard to troll, but he just isn’t good at it, and he always ends up looking pathetic.
