"Nursing homes" .. I'm still working from home by force so for now I'm not forced to take a vaccine BUT I'm told that it'll be optional.

In the history of the world, there has never been a vaccine for a coronavirus. Yet three different companies have developed, (independently) separate versions of a vaccine for a coronavirus, in less that a year, no less?

We have been working on vaccines for coronaviruses for a long time. We just never had the will to really get one out till now.

We were close with SARS, but SARS fizzled itself out, along with all the funding.

So they mass produced a product at great expense and have it ready to go. Does anyone believe that if the testing wasn’t 100% successful that they would just toss this shite into the trash and start over?

Yes...do you understand the amount of liability these companies are facing if their vaccine isn't safe?

The truth is in the middle ground probably, I believe you are a tin foil hat wearer if you think you will be forced to take a vaccine

.@LouisianaGov We are most concerned about medical staffing in the state.

.@LouisianaGov: 'Increase is hospitalizations quite frankly is on a trajectory we can't sustain. That's why I'm imploring Louisianans to embrace mitigation measures' #lagov

.@LouisianaGov: 'We're very concerned about increase in positivity (10.5%).' #lagov #lalege

.@LouisianaGov: 48/64 parishes currently have percent positivity greater than 10%

No they aren't, or they wouldn't have dismantled and auctioned off their failure of a portable hospital.

It would take years just from the logistics to make this vaccine mandatory and get all citizens into compliance.

Maybe he should ask the hospitals why they aren't willing to pay OT so nurses can cover extra shifts.

We have developed several that LIKELY worked. Not enough people got coronaviruses for them to test a vaccine.

They've had a likely SARS vaccine for like 20 years, and this is just a version of SARS.

Its not that they couldn't develop one. Its that not enough people got it to test it effectively in clinical trials.

I don't think we will all be forced to take it but we might be in order to do certain things like get on an airplane or go to a concert.
