What am I wrong about?

Your lackadaisical attitude that everything will be alright the world isnt ending tells us everything we need to know.

Yes, everything will end up being ok once the dust settles...but it's going to be a rocky road and peoples lives will be turned upside down until we are all in the clear...you dont seem to grasp that..bc you have no skins in the game

Which of these are false?

This is what I have been saying.

Yes this is and will cause problems within our economy and it will have an impact on people's lives and that sucks, but evidentially things will get back on track and if everyone just settles the frick down, stay away from others for a few weeks, the quicker we can get back to our regular lives.

What does freaking out and panicking accomplish? When a tornado goes through a community and destroys people's homes you can panic and freak out because your house is gone and feel sorry for yourself or you can start working to get shite done so that you can get your life back on track sooner than later.

This is all I am saying. You can only control what you can control. Whatever happens, once it is over you can do your part to start getting back on track.. or you can freak the frick out, let everyone feel sorry for you and cry about it.

No, it needs to be a wake up call that we need to actively get idiots like JBE out of positions of power. They will take full advantage of it with any opportunity.

Do you people never learn from history? We should not be so openly trusting of our government.

We know this is wide spread. We also know it is not hurting 80% of the people who get it.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve read this week. WWII didn’t harm 80% of our soldiers. Was that not a big deal? I’m not arguing for draconian measures, but that comment was a little loopy.

So we need to get JBE, Ron DeSantis, Mike DeWine, etc out of office? And you want to get Trump out of office? He has been telling the country to not interact with more than 10 people and give everyone a handout.

You know.. You really sound like an idiot. Go back to what Oilfield said about this. Don't make this political because this isn't something where one party is doing one thing and the other is doing something else.

No matter what action that would have been taken people would bitch and complain about it.

he has with everything else that was primarily an Orleans/JP issue, so why not this?

it seems like our state is bending over backwards not to be critical of Nola

I’m not a fan of JBE, but the reason for this is that he is being told by experts that the rest of the state is two weeks behind NOLA.

Do you think this is a gotcha moment? Yes they all need to be out. It’s not about being political dumbass, it’s pure government overreach and you’re taking it up the arse like it’s going out of style.

I feel like Western St. Tammany is going to be a good test case for this whole thing.

Nobody around here, especially the bored out of their minds and pissed off soccer moms that actually have to be around their kids all day, seems to be "self-quarantining" worth a shite so if the hospitals aren't packed to the gills with 40-somethings with yoga pants and fake breasts on respirators, that may be some strong anecdotal evidence that this isn't quite as bad as everybody seems to fear.

What does behind Nola mean? It seems that the infection is already there it just has been confirmed by testing. So does being mean there are more infections coming or behind in confirmed positives?0

How many times in human history has blind trust in leadership worked in favor of the people?

The CDC says it so it must be true!
