However, why would anyone, and I mean anyone, trust JBE not to fear monger when he once had the audacity to say lsu football could be cancelled if the budget he wanted wasnt passed

how can i provide an answer to golfers whining?

The fear-mongering is making assumptions off imperfect data, as reported by JBE himself.
