Why does the hospitalization graph show a different color projection line at the end of it? I'm sure the same people who made that made fun of Trump's hurricane sharpie.

I'm actually okay with phase 2 for 2 more weeks. We're starting to see a slowdown in the rates of all negative indicators, meaning we either are peaking or have peaked, and 2 more weeks should give us a clearer idea of where we are in this wave.

It’s not hard to figure out. The increased hospitalizations are due to the backlog of “elective” procedures that require hospitalizations that we’re originally put on hold in the spring. People are getting those procedures done now.
