Phase 2 extension past July 4th. The only way this doesn’t happen is if he realizes all government credibility went out the window when no one condemned the protests on a health basis.

We can only discuss the percentage of the population that has been tested. There is no statistical significance if we are uncertain whether or not an individual is afflicted.
That said, there have been 618,064 tests, 50,239 cases, and 3004 deaths. Given this data, there is roughly an 8% contraction rate and a roughly 6.3% mortality rate for those affected.
Using that data, a party of 10,600 people, would end up with 848 cases and roughly 53 deaths.
Hence, both are misleading.

It will be a long time until the virus has killed over 1% of the state, or 45,000-ish folks.
Much less 7% of the population or 315,000 people.
