Latoya has this weird S&M thing going on where something happens elsewhere in the state and she spanks the city of New Orleans for it. Not even in a way that makes sense either, like some really kinky stuff.

I'll give JBE this....he certainly tries to keep his distance from the national Democratic party in public and does at least a decent job of it.
