They are. It's through the FCCRA. Two weeks of paid sick if you get COVID or if you have to care for someone with COVID.
ETA: Also up to 12 weeks at 2/3rds pay if you have to take sick leave to care for your kids if their school or daycare is closed due to COVID.

And I’m sure both of these are phased out at like 60 individual 120 joint filing, maybe even less.
I heard someone argue today that “you just have to adjust your life, 1 spouse has to quit work to take care of the kids then adjust you life to that income, just have 1 car and move into a cheaper house. People’s lives are at stake so we must comply and do whatever we’re told is necessary. “
