Elective surgeries starting -- will that lead to things like salons opening up in May? Are we doing a good enough job?
JBE: it appears to be that starting around EAster weekend people were traveling and engaging more and having more contact. Hoping that doesn't translate into cases but if I"m right the cases will spike. We should focus n task at hand () and stay home. Unless essential. Don't take the family. Keep your mask on .. social distance. REPEAT REPEAT Yada Yada Yada

Reopen different types at different times .. can't tell you when but I want to as soon as we can consistent with saving peoples lives. (Barbers, salons, nail salons). People will wear ppe for these things.

How do you see the return of large gatherings/festivals?
JBE: taks as hand is today and I focus on I tend to be more apirational but want to control expectations. No vaccine so this fall will not be the same as last fall.
You are NOT going to have people acting as they did last fall until there is a vaccine (me: screw you JBE and CHina).
Can't put more demands on teh healthcare system and run up the death count. Ca't say we'll have large gatherins this fall

Some analysts are saying Disney World might not reopen until sometime in 2021.
If that's true, there won't be any major festivals in LA in 2020.
