5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms; 4961 sq. ft.

According to the Assessor's website, he purchased the home in 2019 for $1,410,000.

Gotta pay those legal fees somehow.

I actually prefer the houses like that on St Charles with a little privacy.
Looks nice.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they decided to show that backyard in the listing.

That’s a top notch renovation. Good way to bury illicit money.

None for me, thanks. You would never get the smell of sweaty criminal out of that house.

I’d end up putting a TV and a recliner in this closet.

Heard he is moving out of the city because it’s getting too dangerous with all the criminals roaming free

I get the aesthetic he was going for, but it looks cheap and that kitchen is hideous and stands out like a sore thumb. And that back yard is pitiful. Great location though.

Someone will buy it and gut it.

Looks like the cook top is on an altar.

Nice digs for the area. Why is he selling? Leaving NOLA?

No go back and look at those tax returns and tell me how he bought a $1.5m house and then renovated it. I renovated a kitchen in uptown Nola a few years ago and spent $100k.

I like the house. The kitchen island is kind of wonky but the house is pretty nice.

Only issue with the house is it’s located in New Orleans
