I know it's mostly female, and AA females don't take kindly to AA men married to white women.

Yes. This is the wild card most people don't even think about but the anger is real. My prediction is he still gets off. Sad.

I’m going with he knew.

Of course, he knew. The dude got hit with a tax lien of $274,000 which is totally unrelated to this case. It's clear that he is not a fan of paying taxes.

Sounds like he has all three of the qualifications needed to be mayor.

Funny u say this, watched an old law & order yesterday and he acted as his own attorney at trial. Bunk was his law partner that helped him in his defense lol.

Spoilers….

Still guilty!

New Orleans is going to New Orleans, under the current administration his tax theft doesn’t matter, don’t bend the knee to elected officials and face a couple years in prison.

If I were a New Orleans resident, I'd crawl a mile over broken glass to vote for a recall of Latoya if it meant Williams would be installed mayor.

Lots of AA females here, I see.

If this case were as shitty as has been mentioned, I would think they would have returned a “not guilty” by now.

The longer it goes in this case the better. There are a lot of charges and its not the easiest thing to parse at first blush, so hopefully they take each charge seriously and take their time.

Looks like we will head into day 3 of deliberations with no verdict.

Anybody changing predictions? I think this makes conviction of someone on something more likely.

I would think this makes it more likely for a hung jury. Does it have to be a unanimous verdict?
